The first Tuesday night of the year saw the OK Dinghy making a rather fundamental error. It didn’t know the course to sail. Half way down the “run” the OK discovered it was actually supposed to be sailing a trapezoidal course. One 90 degree course change later……
It was a sunny evening with a moderate breeze and strong tide and if it hadn’t been for the little problem with the course, our best guess is that the OK Dinghy might have managed 2nd place behind the currently invincible Paul Keane.
Instead…5th. Actually surprised it wasn’t worse!
